Zugo Electrical Testing Platform officially held its launch ceremony in the square of Zugo Comprehensive testing Building at 11:00 am om Sept 10th , 2018. Jiegong （Zhuhai) Institute of Innovative Engineering and Smart Grid Public Testing Platform were also unveiled and operated.
Chen Xi, Director-General of International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China, Chen Xiangsheng, Liu He, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhang Xueji, Academician of American Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering, Cai Lingyan, Deputy Secretary-General of Zhuhai Municipal Government, Su Hu, Director of Zhuhai High-tech Zone Management Committee, Zhong Haijie, President of Zugo Testing, and representatives of relevant departments, enterprises and engineers of Zhuhai, all attended this grand ceremony.
Zugo Electrical Testing Platform is wholly invested,built and operated by Zugo Electrical Testing Co., Ltd. Based on the existing testing platform of Zugo Electrical Testing Co., Ltd, we will integrate the artificial intelligence and big data development technology, combine with market demand to promote the transformation of traditional testing mode to the whole life cycle management mode of production line testing, installation testing, operation and maintenance monitoring. This Data Processing Integrated Platform will create a third-party monitoring barrier for grid security and promote the iterative upgrading of Zugo's tesing service.
Meanwhile, Zugo Electrical Inspection Co., Ltd. and the International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China co-built Jiegong （Zhuhai) Institute of Innovative Engineering, which will provide authoritative and independent third party inspection services and all-around scientific conclusions for China's "Belt and Road" major projects, and effectively promote the internationalization of China's engineering standards.
Zugo and Zhuhai Hi- tech Zone have co-built the public testing technology service platform for transmission and distribution equipment of smart grid . The park has set up UHV test hall, non-electrical performance laboratory, comprehensive laboratory and outdoor pre-qualification test site for power cable system. With the ability of UHV transmission and transformation detection and R&D, we can provide technical guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of power grid system.
In
December 2017, Zhuhai Hi-tech Zone's intelligent distribution network equipment
industry cluster was successfully selected as the "third batch of
innovative industrial cluster pilot projects" of the Ministry of Science
and Technology, and its business income reached 18.4 billion yuan in 2017, an
increase of 12% over the previous year. There are 95 enterprises in the
cluster, of which 79 are high-tech enterprises, accounting for 83%; 22 are
listed on the market and the "new third board", accounting for 23%. The
related smart grid products and services cover such fields as distribution
automation, smart electricity and smart home, new energy and micro-grid,
integrated automation of power plant and substation, grid information
perception and communication. As one of the characteristic superior industries
in Zhuhai, the technological innovation advantage of equipment industry of
intelligent distribution network in Zhuhai Hi-tech Zone has become increasingly
prominent, and the effect of industrial agglomeration has gradually emerged.

establishment of three important industrial innovation platforms, Zugo
Electrical Testing Platform, Jiegong （Zhuhai)
Institute of Innovative Engineering and Public Testing Technology Service
Platform of Smart Grid Transmission and Distribution Equipment, will provide
more professional and high-quality omni-directional services for enterprises in
Zhuhai and even South China. This will also effectively promote the relaunch of
the equipment industry of smart distribution network, continuously strengthen
the core competitiveness and realize high quality development.
